Job mission:

Major Duties:


  •  Coordination of administrative activities of the company headquarters: current repairs, cleaning, administrative orders
  •  Handling of mail correspondence in a timely and confidential manner.
  •  Receive and register correspondence in entry register; handover of mail to relevant department
  •  Correspondence dispatch at the request of internal departments, including shipments record in the online system provided by the courier
  •  Centralizing the necessary assets, administrative materials and goods from internal departments and conduct of procurement procedures.
  •  Inventory of company assets
  •  Handling of lease contracts of the company

Required knowledge:

Training and qualification

  •  Master /University (Degree)
  •  Economics studies

Technical knowledge

  •  Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
  •  Proficient MS-Office user

Soft skills/individual competence

  •  Negotiation skills, assertiveness
  •  Good negotiator, business approach, tact and diplomacy when needed
  •  Very good team spirit and conflict management abilities
  •  Ability to think and act strategically
  •  Be able to make decisions and meet targets
  •  Motivation, dedication, very good communication skills both verbally and in writing
  •  Fluent English (speaking and writing)

Required experience:

  •  Minim 2 years experience
